I'm wondering if there are any things to type in the launch options to make R3E use all the cores all any others to make it run better. Mine runs great anyway but I've been learning about other games (Arma 3) which is also cpu intensive and you can get it to use all your cores. It may help people who struggle to play the game. Just a thought.
