Question Steering lock vs Steering angle

Having a hard time understanding the difference in car set ups. Can you help.

Steering angle is how much you turn your steering wheel.
Steering lock is how much your car's front wheels turn from neutral to lock.
(I don't know where you can find steering ratio value shown in this game, but I don't think it's necessary when you have the other two values.)
