I don't suppose any of my fellow sim obsessives would know a good place to acquire a suitable steering potentiometer for an old Logitech Driving Force EX?

I've tried WD40 and also securing it in position so it can't move with the wheel shaft, but it's still giving messed up twitchy steering outputs (like, flipping around randomly for a good 20 degrees around where the wheel is turned to), so I think the pot's beyond saving, but I don't wanna ditch the whole wheel if i can fix it with a replacement part.

Yeah that's a really old not so popular wheel so i don't think you are going to be able to replace that part.

I had one but i used it for do long the entire shaft broke cause the plastic became so brittle. I upgraded to a dfgt and never looked back. I might still have the part but, Murphy's law, i probably thew it away.
