Problem store failure

I bought11 items (9 Tracks and the rest of 2 packs) with the actual 50% off offer. at cashout everything was correct, but after all, the 9 tracks were billed for their full prices and I dont own the 2 packs....
now my vrp are all lost..

 

Check again, it probably was a visual bug and the discounted prices should show up correctly now.

 

I checked again... still the same. even in the purchase-historie are the normal prices listed ...

later I bought 2 more tracks, where the discount was right. but not the ones before as you can see in the screenshot.

thank you for the link. anyone who knows how long it takes until they answer the ticket normaly? now I'm still waiting until 3 days....
