Have you got V-sync turned on or off? I've found that the game feels a lot smoother with V-sync on.

Can you try adding this start argument? -disableReplay
Here's how to, in case you don't know:
    · Right Click on the game in the Steam library.

    · Click "Properties."

    · Click "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..."

    · Enter -disableReplay in the text field.

    · Click Ok.

It's case sensitive so mind the upper case R. Not sure this is the cause but I want to make sure.

can you check you have nvidias drivers downloaded from nvidia , not updated by win 10 if this is the case then download from nvidia
if they are nvidia drivers and have recently updated can you try rolling back to previous driver

And see if the broadcasting is disabled in the Nvidia panel. I had the exact same issue a while ago (after the Anniversary update). That update forced the broadcast to ON, which caused the stuttering in my case.

Sorry, my bad. It was in the Nvidia Geforce Experience panel (used for ""optimizing"" games. I can't exactly describe since I removed that from my PC a while ago (after the stuttering issues). But I remember I just unchecked a box (that was not checked before the update, which is why it took me a long time to figure that out). That did the trick, stuttering was gone.

for me it works by changing the v-sync to "fast" in the Nvidia control panel. I created a new entry for RR3E.exe. In game I have v-sync on (Sony TV) and running the game in full screen. Sometimes it helps to change form full to window and back again. Nvidia broadcast (is constantly saving the lat 10min) is always running in background. I did not notice any difference in stuttering if it is on or not. I also changed all video settings form high to mid or low. Did not make any difference when stuttering appears. But currently it is running fine.

Until the update I could run for me racing room at all "Full"
The problem is with the last update? I do not know.
But now I run the movie with "Automatic" in the game, and find out that all just yet running at "low".
You have not much more detail in the game, but running it without stutter now.
Think the problem may be with me that failure is me card.
Will recommend with me to buy a new PC computer, I think.

I tried all that before, to no avail. I should add that I am running three BENQ 27" 144Hz 1Ms on one Nvidia GTX980 TI. I think this comes into play also. Anyway, disabling the broadcast was a fix for me.

I have a pritty old pc (2009), but while driving the GTX960 is at arround 25-30% (~2GB of 4 GB VRAM used by raceroom) and the cpu is arround 30% as well. For now I dont see the need to buy a new pc until I will get VR :) People have trouble with stuttering on a new pc, thats kind of strange. It is probably not hardware related in the first place.

    My problem is solved.:)
Had a video card GeForce GT 640, not good for gaming.
Do we now have a GTX 750Ti built and puts all the images very well.
Can come back from "Low" setting to "HIGH" setting.
Smooth images again, not happe ran or stuttering took more pictures.;)

Massive stutter here to. Also last day before update i played the game without any problem , like the whole months before , all maxed out not eve a little dips under 60 FPS. Now after the update on 28-02-2017 i can't handle the FPS to 40 on Low ( WTF )
It's mostly stutter during cornering or moving the wheel to left / right , also at all by turning into corners.

Looking forward while driving 35FPS / Locking at that spot back 60 FPS and feels smooth.

Something is brocke the game with this Update. I hope you guys find this out , i played the game for about 200 hrs now @ Max settings without any problems , and now this ?

Also game is brocken for me right now , and curently unplayable and not enjoyable to play as it is.

If Rig settings needed you can find them on my Steam Profile: speed-junky

This is interesting too , whats carefull the FPS while in cockpit and see trough how the car stutter when they drive to the road , and compare it to the out side cameras and see how the cars drive in front of me.

    Huge difference:

FPS drops down when in cockpit and AI cars stutter when driving in front of me , but when im out of any other camera FPS goes to normal and cars driving in front of me without stuttering.
