I have 850 hours in R3E with most of it on public multiplayer servers. Quite an experience to say the least. In that time I've found a few things I think would make the experience much more enjoyable. Some may already exist, if so please do let me know. All of this is of course, IMHO. I want R3E to be better.

I won't offer anything on Replay since it seems a renovation is on its way. This will be solely for Race Monitor and Leaderboard screens in multiplayer.

    Leaderboard
1: Add Optimal Time column (not just in dropdown, it's an ego thing)
2: Mouseover flag shows Country (I really want this)
3: Ability to copy/paste chat text (retyping into translate is horrible)
4: Ability to see track map

    Race Monitor
1: Ability to see and use chat
    2: Show player names
    3: Disable FFB

This is my wishlist for R3E.

Definitely, Race Monitor - #1: Better Socialization/communication options in game and a longer time in server after a race to share some thoughts about the race. Currently server ends very quick

Rather than lengthen the race procedure, I´d prefer an in-game chat lobby a bit like discord with a general lobb chat and a specific room one too.

On the race results section of the webpage, it is difficult to know what car the competitors were driving, the very tiny car picture is hard to make out, maybe a pop up text when putting the curser over the picture would be helpful.
