    This track will host F1 in about two years.

    You mean it will be demolished and Tilke will build a boring car park on top of the ruins?:p I can't see any other way. Looks like the current track isn't even FIA graded, it is used for testing and track days.

    iirc, Tilke built the Bilsterberg. Its nobody's fault but the FIA that grade one circuits built for F1 after like 2005 are meh

    I think the owners of the tracks also contribute to that. What land they have, what requirements they set, etc.

    The problem is that the FIA Grade 1 regs tie his hands too much. But his company designs every F1 circuit nowadays which certainly don't help the situation (Portimao is one of my favorite modern locations and it wasn't designed by Hermann).
