Well, Georg said in the Interlagos reveal stream, that they still plan to put those cars out on the store and they are getting new liveries as well sonnish. So yeah, it will finally happen...someday.
But that picture is too much of a guess

 

Yeah the fact that they intend to some day put them in the gt3 class as well is more or less known (at least i think it is ). But if that release is still a year away then at least i wouldnt put pictures like that in the game yet but maybe thats just me

 

He also said, regarding this talk about Bentley and AMG Evo above, that Ferrari liveries for GTR 3 are already in the making.

 

The GTR3 versions of those cars were already available in one of the recent eSports competitions.

 

They already announced this much when DTM 2021 pack got released. They specifically singled out Ferrari 488 as the car that's going to be added to GTR3 class soon, in contrast to McLaren 720S that didn't get the same mention.

But he so to say just confirmed that it is actually done, even at the moment. So it gonna be soonish.
That McLaren is really a different story. Such a shame.

Well, you can right now take a look either here for the Bentley Evo or here for The AMG 2020 .
Some liveries are of course esport liveries that won't be released (like the 30 NGK ones).

(Although its mostly esports liveries so far plus the site includes ai only liveries so hard to tell which ones well actually get to drive)

 

I guess 720S will only have 1 livery for foreseeable future?

I doubt they will come. They had a chance when the E-Mustang released but didn't do it.

On the other hand, the Nissan R90CK sat in the files for 3-4 Years, so we never know actually.

 

what do you mean? how are they related?

 

I think he means Mustang E is drift-oriented too.

 

Exactly, the Mustang was also presented as a drift car (if i remember correctly).
