Maybe some other users can help me out with the correct settings for that wheel? The settings that should do are a bit strong. Still missing the good old collision effect.
I currently like my settings, but I'm not able to check at the moment. Will take a look tonight and let you know. They do slightly differ from the recommended setting.
I'm currently using the following settings: FFB Strength: 100% FFB Linearity: 98% FFB Minimum Force: 0% FFB Maximum Force: 100% Stationary Friction: 50% Engine Vibrations: 10% Bump Amplification: 20% Gearshift Effects 6% Could be that I will finetune a bit more, but at the moment I'm pretty happy with these settings. The linearity at 98% just increases the FFB strength in a straight line when the output is very low. This helped me get rid of the dead zone. For car specific FFB multiplier I am usually around the 2x mark, depending the car of course. Of course no collision effect, but to be honest I don't miss that at all. Hope it helps
Hi there, I am using a T500Rs ,where the engine is different (i have no brushless motor)also the forces but you can start with this. I use this settings T500RS Settings to me works on All Cars its not perfect but brings back more V.load speed -roadfeeling and Curbs and stuff. Also every car feels different then like power steering or NO power steering Like Compare Group 4 Porsche vs. Porsche Classic vs GT³ vs1992DTM Vauxhaul (very heavy) FFB linearity 60-70% the lower you go the forces gets stronger dont go at 95% or so high your wheel can´t display forces there its for CSW or DD Wheels possibel you need to get below 60% FFB minimal Force 5% necessary to get roadfeeling back possibel you have to go above 5% standfriction 90% to me using a 33cm Wheel it feels to lose at 50% Immersion I do not like FAKE EFFECTS They are usless and kills other usefull effects!! But one effect is needed to make it work FFB bump amplification 35% necessary for Curbs ,asphalt edges, manhole covers possibel you have to go above 35%
Just wondering @Dady Cairo : How are the suggested settings working for you? Had any chance of trying them out?
Ah,sorry I made a complete reinstall to make sure everything is right. Alwin,i use your settings now, wich are not very different from what i had before without engin vibration. Sadly i can not use otterhud anymore causing micro stutters and tryed to find a solution, but hadn't found one.
No problem. Good to hear you like the settings. And just fiddle with the settings until you find whatever feels best for you.
