    Greetings everyone.

I'm new to the forums and a rookie when it comes to Sim Racing in general. That said, I found a site which contains a general approach of the existent tracks in the world, but i wanted some detailed approach of them, when it comes to gears and cornering speeds.

The site is: Racingcircuits (I'm not posting the link because this is my first post, so the forum doesn't allow it, yet)

I'm trying to improve my laps, but seems I can't approach the best pilots even in hotlaps. Any information will be helpful.

    Regards.

The one thing I can suggest is practice, lots of practice.

Challenge ghost of slightly faster car than you via leaderboard (make sure to enable challenged ghost in menu), watch some yt laps (preferably with input graphs on)

Is it possible to watch other players' hotlap via replay?

Welcome onboard Ricardo. I might be new to RaceRoom but sim racing I have been doing it for a very long time. Here is my advice, Practice, Practice and Practice. There is no shortcut to that. I am now over 4secs faster on average in all tracks since I started playing the game. Yet still on a default setup. I can spend all day loading different tracks doing practice sessions only, explore the game physics, mechanics, car handling and behavior as well as the tire model. I spend more time doing this than racing, have the will to learn first before you jump into the competitive hotlaps. Focus on your understanding of the sim and the rest will follow.

True, I didn't find anything of the sort either.

Agree on that, there's no shortcuts anyways.

    Thanks.
