I have bought a new computer, I moved ReplayData, UserData and TimeAttack folders from "C:\Users\{MyComputerName}\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience" to another machine on the same path (except the machine name is different) The replay files look like this, I can play the replay files, but I cannot see the details of the replay files. How can I fix it?
I suppose you copied the replays over a non-NTFS volume. The replays use alternate data streams for the metadata. To keep these information you have to copy them through NTFS-volumes only. I posted about this in 2015 already...
