Me too, I have freeze of the mouse that prevents me from going to the left in the menu setting Only in VR.
Can you check on your mainscreen, that there is no window open that runs "in front" of raceroom? sometimes SteamVR for example shows up in front of Raceroom. So it is visible on the screen but not noteable in VR. Bu if you are moving your mouse-cursor, the Mouse seems to stuck in game but in reallity it is just moving on the window on the main-screen
