Bug (Visual only) Driver double shifts in replay external view

    Seems to be all cars. Doesn't occur during live gameplay, and only when using the external camera. In-cockpit animations appear fine.

    This is a known bug, it's been like this forever. As far as I know no easy fix was ever found so it is what it is for now.
