I reinstalled Windows 11 a few days ago and the problem started. I used to play with Vsync turned on and FPS was almost always 60 (only in the beginning sometimes there were freezes), but after reinstalling Vsync does not work like before: 1. At the beginning FPS drops to about 57-58 and it is very felt. 2. The picture looks with shifts, especially on replay. 3. If you disable Vsync, the FPS becomes 75-120 in replay mode, and about 80-135 from the cockpit. I've tried enabling "on" and "fast" in the NVIDIA settings, but it doesn't affect anything.
