Welcome on board mate. This is truly one of the most exiting sims out there in terms of track design, sound and overall polish and it's only beta !! I can't wait to see it progress into a true great. Heck even pro drivers are on the servers regularly and run the competitions (times to strive for). Anyway hope you have a great time in r3e Cheers Edit: anyone wishing to add me my profile is in my sig
Well, um, hello everyone. My name is Tatyana and I'm from Russia, Saint-Petersburg. I'm in my early twnties. I'm not very active as a R3E player, but sometimes I'm playin' (spendin' most of time in singleplayer/practice). Also, I'm playin' it since 2013 and now decided to join that forum. Dunno what else can I say, so have a nice day etc.
Just thought i'd say hello to you all, Recently got back into R3E and am enjoying all the content. Good to see your all still developing it for the future. With the right features I can see it being as a big as anything else out there! Surprised these forums arnt directly linked either from game or Raceroom web hub?
Welcome Tatyana and Spanner. Have fun and enjoy. Regarding a link to the forum: There a disclaimer in one of the loading screens. Not sure if there's a technical reason to not have a direct link in-game (e.g. steam prohibiting it or sth like that).
Hi everybody, my name is Sascha and I'm a Belgian ex-pat living in France. I've been playing race games/simracing ever since the days of the Commodore64 and floppy disks, but I've been away from it all for a few years now. A couple of months ago when I was building a new gaming pc, I came across the All-in-One Black Friday deal and I've been hooked on R3E ever since. Of all the current sims, it's definitely my favourite. I just wanted to say congrats and thanks to all at Sector3 for bringing us this great sim, and I'm looking forward to all the future additions and improvements. Keep up the good work!
Hey Everyone... I'm Matt and I've been wandering around the internet looking to see if Race 07 is dead. I love that game and want to get involved in some organized racing. To quote pink Floyd... Hello? Is there anybody in there?
Not sure if this has changed since you made this post Christian, but you can access the forums from in-game. Just a quick mention in case someone needs help From the main menu... Click the middle icon on the top right on the screen. From there, it will pop open the Steam Browser... but only if you have the Steam Overlay enabled. And Voila! You are now at the community help section of the forum and can browse normally as well. And welcome to the new users!

Hi, my name is Carsten aka "Don Rudi". I am coming from Project CARS on the PS4. I tried R3E out of curiosity and became an instant addict. My sim racing history goes back all the way to Geoff Crammonds "Revs" on the C64
Just want to thank sector 3 for a fantastic racing game. I had this game for a couple off years mainly doing some hotlaps. Ive never been a fan off GT3s mainly becouse off Iracing and Assetto corsa. Never realy felt the connection in them to be realt fast and having a god time but in RaceRoom i find them fun and I realy can connect to them and feel the limitations. I got back after the uppdate and bought nordschleife offcourse and did the 24h competition and made pretty god times with not so much practise. Ive also tryed the online for the first time and had a blast on a 20 minute race on the 24h with god Clean racing. Coming from Assetto corsa this was wery god feeling and one off the best online fun i had in months.
Hello everyone my name is Fabio and I'm Italian, for some time I met RaceRoom, and I loved it ...... a salute to all the forum
Hello everyone. My name is Robin, I'm from London, UK. I've been simming since Gran Turismo on PlayStation. Only very recently was I introduced to PC gaming, thanks to @Ronin_GTDave dragging me across. Unfortunately I haven't the best PC, well it's a laptop really, but not high-end!! Enough of that, I'm not alien fast, however try to keep it as clean as possible (rubbin's racin'!!) and enjoy a good race, either sprinting or endurance. Anyway, hope to.maybe see some of you on track soon.
Welcome @RedBreast good to see you made it here. You cause any problems here though and I will deny knowing you!
Hello everyone, i am Sascha from northern Germany. After reading in this forum for a few weeks and having alot of fun playing R3E i thought it is about time to say hello and participate here
Completely missed this topic up to this moment I'm Willy from Belgium (Flemish speaking part of the country), produced in 1952. Started "sim racing" on something like this (with keyboard). In fact it looked worse, was not even in color, but I forgot the name of the game and I can't find any pics on the net at his moment. Years later - after a long break - I got back into computer racing with TOCA 1 an TOCA 2, even bought a wheel and pedals for that: That kept me busy for some years and plenty of hours. Lots of fun... Those days, the graphics were great... , I just loved Tiff Needell's in-game comments... I then started with Karting, four stroke rentals at first, did a lot of endurance races with the twin engines and finally bought a two stroke 125cc shifter kart, which I raced for three years. It got pretty expensive which made me decide to quit real racing. Soon after that, I got myself a PS3 for GranTurismo 5 en 6, a rig (first a Playseat with G27 wheel and very soon replaced by a RaceRoom 2000 rig and Thrustmaster T500RS/TH8A setup. I liked the GT series but there was clearly something missing, especially in GT6. PS4 and Project Cars got me closer to what I expected from a racing game (sim). I then bought a dedicated PC, triple screens, a more adjustable rig (Simetik K2) and Fanatec CSW stuff (see spoiler) Tried AC, did not like it that much and then moved to RaceRoom Experience. I still divide my racing time between the three sims and the occasional track days. My actual rig:
