Why delete the extra liveries in the last update?

So, I hopped into the game after the I bought the hillclimb pack (well...liveries) and I come across two pages of liveries for the bmw 320 and way more for the 6 series too. So I picked the 320 turbo in practice with one of these liveries. Couple of days later I decide to play again and my car should be remembered right?
Well I went into practice for the first time since I played with the 320 and my automatic car selection was a ford gt, so I go to pick the 320 and there is only a few liveries. Must be a bug that just happened to me but Sector 3 has way more liveries that are done but they are aren't giving us.
Not a nice move.
Makes me very weary of this business model.
