Problem Wrong Track Textures Loaded

Hey there. I am playing now in a DTM 2014 carreer. And when i load on to the track, the special dtm textures are not there like Aral in Pit and out Pit Hankook kfzteile24 and these things are all mnot there. Is there probably a Trick how to fix it?

nobody? when i go into a single race in dtm oder training it works and then switch to carreer these textures are away!

 

It's holiday season you need to give them some time

Did you verify the games cache files recently?
Could be that the files containing those textures are corrupted and don't load correctly because of that.
To verify right-click the game in steam, select properties, select local files, click verify cache files.

 

I Thunk hes talking about the branded signage you get when playing in an experience.

Those are stored in special files, one for each set on every track. Might be that one or more of those files are corrupted, couldn't it?

 

nah i just think the game loads the default ones. (I havent tested tho)

 

Which might be caused by not being able to load the DTM ones, due to corruption? (Not sure that the game would handle it like that in such a case tho.)

Might well be that they got mixed up, just saying it could be worth a shot to verify.

 

hey there, first i am talking about this branded Things when you play in Experience. I am opening the 2014 Experience then i start a practice or Single race its all fine. But when i go to my Championship these brands are not there when i look the replay of this Championship race the brands are there. I do some you Tube Videos of my career (look in The Video block) there you Can see it. When there are these bridges where is an fir example Hankook brand, in my carrer the bridge is empty of brands so i thing there is not something wrong loaded. Probably there is nothing loaded....

you right no harm cheaking it just seems unlikely that they would handle a corrupted file like that (understand this involves more than just textures, this also must include the extra foam signs on the track side and more roadside sinage)

 

It would be weird indeed, and all those objects should be in those kluns files, yes.
But it seems strange that this hasn't been reported until now, makes me suspect that it's not something global but individual. Sadly I can't check too atm as I'm not at home.

 

i will verify the Files and check it later, and i have noticed yesterday in a Video from another user here in The Forum he was driving hungaroring 1h Video and there was the same

 

okay verified it and tested- Problem is not solved. Its the same like before...

checked now every Game mode in dtm Experience 2014. The Problem is only in career mode.
