As Season one of the Zero Racing Series winds down we are looking forward to next season with some changes hopefully for the better. Congrats to Mathew Wheeler our Weekend Champion and Rick Martel and Quintis Gillespie who are heading to our final round at Portimao with a chance to win the Weekday Title. The series is divided into 2 championships: The Weekday series which is contested at 21:00 Eastern Time on Wednesday and the Weekend series which is contested at 20:00 Eastern time on Saturdays. The series is aimed at racers living in Asia, Oceania, South America and North America primarily though it is open to anyone. The cars we will be using for season 2 are GT3 cars along with the ADAC pack cars and Silhouettes for those on a budget. A big congratulations to Rick Martel who won our Season 1 Weekday series in style with a victory in our finale at Portimao. He won the race from rival Quintis Gillespie and took the title by just 1 point.

Portimao sees the dominance of Mathew Wheeler challenged finally as the super quick Australian was finally beaten in a race this season by Carl Raggio. He still has won 7 of 8 races though. Does anyone think they can turn the tide?
