gtr3 pack upgrade, strange behaviuour

so, a couple of friends bought the premium pack using black friday promo. i already had the premium pack.

as everyone knows, 3 new gtr3 were added some days ago.

i bought the gtr3 pack "upgrade" with 431vrp, i have all the new cars with all the liveries.
the second friend could have bought the upgrade at 431vrp, today he see the price at 859vrp
the third friend never had this chance and can buy only separately.

where is the problem?

 

had the last friend by any chance bought the GTR3-Pack before? Or was he at the right place in store?

 

Yes, the right place. It's some days we are talking about the thing with screenshoot. I don't know if it is stranger the price change of the second one or the lack of the promo of the third.

Both of them before the premium had the "little" pack (I don't remember the name)

the 3 people described in the post manage 2 large community of sim racers in Italy and we are directly responsible for the raceroom sections, and we are probably the only ones doing it in Italy.

an explanation would be useful, because as a rule we are the ones who have to explain things to the users that races with us, but if we do not understand what happens we can not do it.

Hi, I'm one of the people who's having problem. I can confirm everything @DreamsKnight wrote, and I'm available to provide details, if needed.
Before upgrading to premium pack I already had: starter pack, american pack and DTM2016 car pack.

Attached you can find a screenshot displaying my issue: Logged in with my account, GTR3 pack is seen as already bought and it isn't buyable. Of course I do not own the 3 new cars from the pack, but I'm only able to buy them individually.

we understand why the second person has a different price for the upgrade.

but we don't know why @Asimov can't upgrade the pack at all

I don't know how and why, but apparently I completely removed this purchase from my mind. Even now, I still can't remember the circumstances that lead me to buy this pack, I guess I'm getting old...
