Hi there all, new here, looking for help. Before you ask: Yes, I have filed a support ticket already. Yes, Steam overlay is enabled. BUT, please bear with me: Past night I purchased ADAC GTM 2015 via the in-game store. With just some vRP left I needed to take the rest from my steam wallet directly. Done so, money got taken from my steam wallet but now comes the strange part. Said money does not show up in the raceroom store purchase history (though does in the steam history), the few vRP I had are still there and conclusively I didn't get access to the purchased content. I know to be patient for some time until support (in general) gets back to you, but in the light that the discount on ADAC GTM 2015 only lasts 2 more days and some, please excuse my impatience for asking for help here too. Has this happened to anyone before? Should I just try to purchase again and ask steam to refund the 1st transaction (granted the 2nd works and I dont need to ask for 2 refunds)? Or just wait patiently for the support to answer even if the discount might be over until then? Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
Ignore what I just said. Just a few minutes after I opened this thread, I got an answer from support, all sorted. Holy you guys are fast, very impressive support ! My highest respect!
