yeah... I guess Zhuhai is it most likely... as I said earlier... that would explain the Power Tower you see on the left side of raceroom's picture. There are no such towers in Okoyama Circuit surroundings. I have more sympathy for Okoyama
Yes, it looks like it's Zhuhai. Also this track was already in GTR2 and many of the R3R tracks are inherited from those that appeared in GTR2 and GTR Evolution - Race07.
Hope Sector3 use this video for the track development ... the most R3E tracks are awesome, but some obviously misplacements and dimensions faults of buildings and track barriers spoil the party sometimes ... unfortunately the last track was not faultless ...
Unfortunately Zhuhai has zero appeal for me. I know it's in GTR2 but still a pretty weird choice to bring it to Raceroom.
Zhuhai is a decent track for GT racing, you'll see. It's not my favorite, but I raced on it regularly in GTR2.
Probably the tracks that were used in GTR2 and Race07 are already licensed and it will be easier to adapt them to R3R than creating a new track. If so, we may find that track issues can be repeated, as I believe happens with the track of Anderstorp. In GTR2 (GT Legends too) it seemed that it was all the time uphill and in R3R the same thing happens (optical effect? I don't think so).
Well, probably the Tracks from GTR2 and Race07 are easier to port to the current Game-Engine and from there maybe they are easier to port into a UE4-environment (like it was probably done with Spa in the UE4 proof-of-concept)... IMO for sure Zhuhai might not be the most appealing Track for to majority of the Forum-User, but Raceroom Asia has a growing market and as you might have noticed, a bigger Competition in that region is about to start. In Asia Zhuhai might find much more interesst than in europe for example... and well - it is a Track that isn't covered by every Racing-Game (which was requested quite often).
Yes, this type of tracks have the charm of being something 'new' compared to what we already know all (Spa, Monza, Nurburgring ...).
