Hi, I hope someone can help me with my problem, unfortunately I couldnt find a thread covering this topic so I just start a new one. Very often when I want to join a Multiplayer race I get the error $MP_join_failed_no_response_from_server and cannot join the session. Sometimes this happens all day long but sometimes I can join normally. As this makes multiplayer nearly unplayable for me I hope that there is a easy way to fix this or am I the only one getting this error?
It concerns all servers, usually my ping is around 50ms, so pretty normal I guess. Firewall is deactivated for R3E but what do you mean with av and what could be wrong with my router? I just wonder why it works sometimes...
I would run naked and see if that works, no anti-virus, no firewall, no firewall on router etc... You have a vpn? try that, ISP sometimes do weird things...
So naked doesnt work, too. I dont think my router has vpn on, but Im not an expert on that topic... Im just wondering if I am really the only one with this problem.
I found out that the problem only occurs after Ive been disconnected from a server for the first time of the day. After that I cannot join any other session.

I'm not sure if this Issue could be solved by a new Router.But if it should work with another Router,please let us know.
Are the devs already aware of this problem? I dont think it will help if I contact the Telekom for this reason, but Sector 3 guys definetly should try...
Yes they are aware of the Problem.They responded to that Problem in the Thread as you read it.What???..Do you really mean that any of the Dev's of any Games/Sims did ever contacted ISP's for Networking Problem's like these.Never read about it in the Internet.Think they got other Stuff to do.
I definitefly know that e.g. the Blizzard guys had the same problems with the telekom after patch 6.0 for WoW and they did have very close contact with the Telekom guys and somehow worked the problem out in less then 3 days so...
