Good evening, was a smooth race - enjoyed the fight (even though it was a far duel) against @Tim Heinemann and @Moritz Löhner. You guys were crazy fast and consistant and it was impossible to attack. But at the end P3 was very good and the more important was no stupid mistakes and a "moderate" gap. Lookin' forward to next race. Greetings Jan
Respect, to be honest I didn't expect anything else regarding top 3. Nevertheless always crazy to experience this performance in real. I guess the gap increased more than one and a half second per lap. In the 2nd group we had some changes of positions and contact that slowed us down a bit. (Willy, sorry again). It's out of question that we saw some favourite(s) for the final win yesterday. But even the gap to the next group was quite comfortable and I guess they had the same situation. I didn't expect to reach next round and I'm happy...somehow...I wouldn't be sad if it wouldn't be Moscow. In the past I was told "come into my age first and then we speak again"...starts to make sense more and more Chapeau! once again.
You just were 15 drivers I saw when I took a look into Moritz' stream...so a good chance to make it to the next round. It's a pitty that with shadow play you just can record "live" from cockpit only (in RRE) - would be nice if those who stream at least while qualy/practice would switch cars and cam views for a little entertainment of the audience ....it's quiet boring to watch such race from the top three cockpit perpective only.... Btw: did you get the PW for the server on race day (email)? Or how is it done ...?
was a really nice fight with Alexander. Sadly I got really hard server lags at 20min (and in mid of quali) and fell behind a bit. But the lapped guys didnt seem to know that they will be lapped. So they fought against us and we had to pay a lot of attention that some of them didnt crash us out... In the end Alexander became invisible and did some epic laptimes I think there was a server issue as well and he got the time bug. Anyway grats to podium and we'll see us in the semifinals
Here you can watch the Quarterfinals out of my view - battling and chasing Alexander Dornieden. At the end you'll notice the server lags I mentioned before
As requested in driver briefing: I am reporting Robert Nowak for unsportsmanlike driving. QF2, lap 15, S-corner (turn 5), putting in a lot of effort to spin Andreas Scholz, and finaly made it work. I saved screenshots from from ingame-replay, but can't find them in my user files. You may have a look at lap 15, turn 2 as well for him. After finishing the race, the fastest started chatting massively while most other cars were still running. There was a request for "blue flag" before and afterwards not showing respect to the ongoing race? What a shame.
