We recently added a feature that allows you to switch from one set of cameras to another. You can try this with Chang at the minute. Press "END" key to cycle through TV camera sets. There's regular wide angle suited for cars in a pack, there's zoom (action, focusing on one car) and helicopter We've fine tuned this helicopter camera mode in the beta, and we'll be adding those sets to all tracks progressively. But Nordschleife will indeed have sets of cameras.
It would be cool, if camera could focus group of cars instead of one car. But i guess that would need to develop some sort of AI to judge how to behave.

It would be good if developers tell us, buyers/customers estimated time when Nordschleife will be released. Or atleast giving some reports about work progress. Why this secrets and silent? What is it good for? I think that everyone likes news and keep updated with latest info from development.
To prevent a hype and a possible storm of disappointment. Imagine they said it will be released on 1. March but then something unexpected comes up and the release has to be delayed by a month, what impression would that create? When there's major progress worth talking about, I'm sure they'll spread the news. Until then I think it's wise to not make a fuzz about it by posting new pictures every week. People would eventually grow tired of that.
Getting tired from pictures with nordschleife on them? NEVER! Is there atleast any planned month or quarter when we can expect track released? I know I am probably a bit tiresome with this. But you know. This will be atleast for me best update in Raceroom ever!
No official statements about ETA, sorry. Definitely this year, presumably first half of this year. I guess Sean isn't that far off with his assumption, but I really don't know.
