That's a bit disappointing, but not a huge deal. I will be very disappointed if the Gr.A update doesn't come with this one though
It's all a matter of expectations. If you expect nothing you will most surely be positively surprised with the update. That's how I deal with updates (every software).

Tip: please, I think that we all agreements that have made the want of all functionalities of the game, because the contained is well supplied, if you not want all the world go made so the game really looks like a car, not a motorphysics simulation with the content ....

Don't know about the weather in France or Sweden, Chriss, but in Germany we had a lot of heavy rain and thunderstorms over the last time - in fact one driver was thrown off server during our last championship race because of that (power outage in his county)
Depends if you leave north or south of France. I'm leaving in South and the weather is sunny and temperature is around 25 degres. At le mans in north France, for the race is not the same thing. Rain Rain Rain. But one day of power outage cause a delay of 5 days work?? I'm quite sure they are preparing à wonderfull update with 24h le man track ( I know i'm dreaming) So exciting... And enjoying 24h le mans race.
Yeah, you have the Mediterranean Sea, Biscaya, we have the North Sea (well a tiny bit of the Baltic Sea as well which is "okay") and it's anything else than cozy
