No idea. I haven't used Raceroom at all since getting Fanatec setup and I had these problems months ago. Just moved to other sims instead.
It's connected using USB3.0. My X570 motherboard only has one or two internal 2.0 ports - none at all externally. Anyway i wouldn't go blaming...
