I'd love to see a poll of which nationalities are represented here.

Might justify some more AUS/NZ Tracks!

 

Im from basque country could you add the basque flag

 

Not as long as you fail to write the name of your own country correctly. (I know it's "V" in Spanish and Basque)

Seriously though, as long you people don't have a proper, independent state, there's no use in making such requests. As it is now, Scotland, Basque etc. are regions within a more or less federal state (UK, Spain etc.)
If we start this, everyone will want to have their regional flag in, then city flags and so on.
We'd eventually end up adding Petoria

Although I wouldn't mind adding Christiania
