    Hello guys, how can I ask for Refound? Bought the starter pack but i'm beeing kicked from all races because high ping...

    Also, before you ask for a refund, maybe check a few things.
    First of all, are you joiningserver near your location? R3E has servers in EU, US and Asia.
    Second are you using wired connection or WI-FI ? WI-FI can be very unstable and even if you have an ok ping to the server the number of lost paquets can cause you to be disconnected.
