OK, I've managed a few races. And although I'm a little weird because I like every track ever, this one is fantastic, especially in DTM 92 and Touring Classics. So much sliding action, I went to bed with a smile on my face. Can't wait for the other two.
Lovin' the Fj's here, all the FWD's seem to fit nicely, got me thinking how well an old Mini would slot in here, with all the rest of the GTL's of course. Gives the feel of a club racing venue, needs a scattering of Transits with awnings in the carpark and a random collection of old men in ill fitting boiler suits, wandering aimlessly around the pits! Great Randy Scandy, can't wait for the other two now!
Found a good quality video of this track: The lineup is a bit bizarre, no? Looks like a kind of a "bring your own car from home" affair... Very cute track indeed. A real "Mom and pop" track. Wouldn't mind racing on a few more smaller tracks like this one.
Those turns and corners have a counter-intuitive geometry that drives me crazy. I terribly suck at driving this track. I cannot get into any kind of "flow" experience on this one. Doesn't matter which car. No complaint or criticism, I just give feedback on how I go with this track layout: and I go terribly bad. Visually, the place has been nicely recreated, as usual. But no flow here, no flow...
My suggestion is: don't over do it. It's not that bad, I know what you mean I had trouble with 2-3-4 and the last big double apex turn, but it's all down to doing some laps and not thinking about each turn individually but as a complex.
That's funny as it is the exact opposite for me - found a nice flow within a couple of laps. Unlike for instance Nürburgring or Hockenheim, where even after a thousand kilometers I can't find a flow through Mercedes-Benz Arena or the Motodrome
Nice opportunity to let the shilouettes out of the garage, tricky first but nice ride (and flow ) Thx S3
I've tried Greenwood Corvette, because why not. Kinda funny how brake pedal is used more than throttle And all you need is 2nd and 3rd gear.
Welcome, but when still not present in the game most of the greatest modern and old tracks I´m deluded for this arrival and coming projects.
NSU and this track is a match made in heaven, NSU's such a great car to learn the importance of momentum and maintaining corner speed. I certainly wouldn't mind seeing a few more lower powered cars from the past, do love the bunched up, wheel to wheel racing this type of vehicle creates. Makes me laugh, how the rule of thumb is to jump into the fastest thing available, when the best racing is generally found all the way at the other end of the scale! Power to the powerless!
