Well I tested all cars and to me, Lada and Honda are just 1 tenth ahead of Volvo, Citroen and Chevy. Honda isn't good on fast corners, but it's good on the exit of the chicanes. Volvo, Citroen and Chevy are very balanced on fast corners. I think the BoP is ok, but it's Monza. We need to see on another tracks.
Same for me, but I'm 210ish in Div 1 now, so I just need the top guy to go a few hundreths of a second faster to make it into Div 2 again There's still hope ;P
I didn't have time to play this week, so only tomorrow before it ends and actually, to enter Div2, I must improve between 145ms and 216ms, quite a narrow window haha...
That's what I thinking too. And I succeed to improve my lap time twice by half a second. That's also why I jump in the first division and not in the top 24 of the second :'(
i have a few questions guys, first, i assume that only times set with the "get real" difficulty counts in the wtcc challenge am i correct? meaning if i am 25th but a few guys above me are driving with aids they get bumped off and i get bumped up? second: i don't exactly understand what the prizes are
To shorten this discussion: You will be invited via e-Mail today. If you don't recieve an e-Mail today, there will be a second round of invitations on Thursday. If you also don't recieve an e-Mail then, you are not racing.
@Robert Wiesenmüller Is it enough to reply to the invitation e-Mail (what I did) or should I reply directly to your personal e-Mail address?
No, just reply to the official one. I just have my personal e-Mail address in there, so that I could see that the e-Mails actually work.
Division 2, Lukas Bieber P8 Will be my first race on a serious competitive Level, so I'll take it easy anyway, don't wanna screw up ;P Thank you
Nice. I'm close to you - P6, but will be also my first serious race, so will be relaxed, keep it easy.
Shouldn't practice servers be passworded or set up with more grid slots? I couldn't join due to the server being full. Perhaps people who don't take part in the championship should be racing somewhere else.
Leaderboard is broken, not recording times, and ghost is only recorded on first lap. Edit: hmm, maybe an issue regarding local time, here is GMT+2... Edit 2: still not working at 2:28 GMT+2, when I do a time and return to lobby I see: Leaderboard connection error 217
I don't know if it exists already and has been published and I can't find it, but, shouldn't there be a finalized and official leaderboard as of the end of the competition visible for all somewhere? or at least an official list of top 25 in each division for people to look at? The idea of having several division and races in all of them is fantastic, but the confusion is significant. Thanks, regardless, S3, nice job.
