Hello. My last 2 ranked races are not visible in ''ranked multplayer'' and no changes in my ranking and reputation. Why?
Race results are not being processed, as it is holidays not everyone from the dev team is back. Fix is expected in the next few days
Does it also gives out strange situations like one race being accounted and the others (many) not? Are the missing races entirely lost or will the results be retrieved anyway? thx
till yesterday my ranked race will account but yesterday 3 races dont count to me and today all the ranked race, excepting 2 races, has been deleted and take me down a lot of points of rank... what the hell is happening?
From the discord channel we've been working on fixing the processing of ranked results, and sad news is that the period between patch and fix will have to be ignored from results processing. Good news is that the fix is deployed so starting now, results should be counting again once we reprocess everything one last time.
since 20th of december until today I have no result of a ranking race in my account. I`have done ca. 50 races until today.
I have tested it once again. The result of my latest ranking race in this morning does not appear in my account. But in the ranking list are many changes, so I think the system works for some players and for others not. Since 3 weeks for me the system does not work. A long time. The right next step should it be, to close the ranking system until it works again for all.
