Hi guys, I have the same problem. After a lot of tries I managed to have a session with FR X-17 @ Red Bull Ring, but after that I can't anymore.
OK, next try DEPARTED. Nothing is going ahead. Maybe reinstall, or what is the problem? SORRY : I'm going to try Automobilista 2 now
Same for me. I can launch some competitions but no time is recorded and the "Challenge" button doesn't work. It's the same in the leaderboards. However, the laptimes made during these sessions appear in the stats.
For info, we changed our pcs from windows7 to windows10. We have done this 6 weeks ago and we had no problems, everything is working fine
Hello everyone, it worked before with win7 & suddenly nothing worked from one day to the next. No time trial is simply boring, you could measure yourself here. Yes, of course EVERYONE can write here & announce their problem.
It got up to assist selection... Then just loading white screen... Then nothing happens... I have tried 3competition.. All 3 were fine on 1st try... Then once i exit the session... I cant re-enter any of it... Tried different dns.. didnt work Tried clearing RR cache.. didnt work Tried checkin file integrity in steam.. didnt work Tried reconnecting my g29 wheel and delete the config.. didnt work Clicking challenge button in leaderboard also didnt work Tried putting codes in steam startup mode(i forgot the name but got 3 suggested code to enter).. i put all 3.. also didnt work Ran out of idea to try
Oh no. I was chatting with Capt. Coffee a few months back, seems like no solution has been found. I wasn't able to follow up because of IRL stuff but i'll get back on raceroom once i get my wheel to work again.
I have the same problem. It appeared after reinstalling windows and simulator in August this year. The simulator was first installed in February 2020. Everithing was fine... After reinstalling I can't re-enter compititions. Moreover challenge button in leaderboard doesn't work even if I take part in the compitition for the first time. The same with premium compititions...
Safe to assume the devs haven't figured this one out yet @CaptainCoffee? I'm having this same issue too. Can't re-enter comps, and leaderboard challenges not working.
It's a very weird bug - i know the devs are still working on it, but they have not been able to find out what exactly goes wrong If at this moment, you are still experiencing this, please send me a DM with your raceroom profile
Hello Captain, I just drove Laguna Seca with FR US, don't know about 10-18 laps in total, I'm 134th now, went out, wanted to eat something, came back & I still won't come back
