Is there any overlay active? Get this when using apps for showing FPS.
Only Steam FPS is working. All others shows the same as in your video.

And this with an intel / Nvidia setup.

Doing myself too... found an app called RadeonMod who change registry info about the GPU and tested the equivalent to the pre-rendered frames, from 3 to 1, but the drivers crashed and had to restore the computer and install everything again. R3E downloading, going to test it this afternoon with a beta drivers from AMD...

Tested with steam FPS overlay, without it, with Radeon Soft overlay, without it, with RTSS, without it... and finally without anyone because the FPS, GPU temp, etc.. are always giving perfect numbers. But stuttering continues.

Let's see with these beta drivers.

In order to rule out a Fanatec related issue it may be worth uninstalling all Fanatec software and running the game without it, just to see if this actually is caused by the Fanatec drivers.

Solved with the “v346 beta” drivers. All new versions cause the stuttering...

I am also having the same issue. Did 50+ hours on my Logitech gear with no issues, just upgraded to clubsport 2.5 and massive stuttering. All up to date software, will try some others.

I also get stuttering or frame skipping, what ever you want to call it. Only thing that worked for me was to disable RTSS from launching with raceroom starts. This would happen about 10 mins into a race and only option was to restart the game ,going back to the menus didn't resolve it. My multiplayer rank suffered twice due to this. I use to use it all the time with raceroom, then one day it just starting doing it. Only thing I can think of that caused this is that my system automatically updated to windows 20H1 and ever since then I had issues with RTSS. This only happens with raceroom every other game I play runs fine when I have it displayed.

RTSS and afterburner have always caused problems with raceroom. Not really sure why but it's the first advice we give when people get these kind of stutters.

Afterburner doesn’t seem to be an issue for me. Just as soon as I allow RTSS it starts to act up. Which is kinda a bummer cause its nice to see what temps are looking like or if I start to get some frame drops or if im getting a bottleneck. Maybe someday it will work again.
