Yesterday I bought Porsche Pack 2023 succesfully.




Today I wanted to buy On The Edge Pack and ADAC GT Masters 21.
Because I only had a little over 100 vRP left, I ordered 1.100 virtual RacePoints in RaceRoom Shop (Order #R200148978) and redeemed the code, but not all of those vRP were added:


Could you please recover the missing vRP?

Today realized ,I lost my remaining vRP…

 

Bought these yesterday, had to add funds via Steam and as i purchased it and it returned to RR. Came up with a "server error, try again". Steam has taken my money, i got a receipt from both RR and steam confirming purchase and still is showing my Legends pack in my basket ( now cheaper than before) . Not happy regarding the server connection issues lately, especially paying for something and not getting it.
Obviously i haven't still received anything...

just paid for the McLaren 720S GT3 liveries ... only to be told there was an error
and to try again.
have been charged twice with no liveries.
ANY UPDATE ??? its been over a week with some people getting things sorted
others like myself haven't had any feedback.

I lost all my VRPs (I had ca. 600 left) after purchasing the Porsche pack Friday.
Edit: It showed 652 (I have a screenshot.)

Edit: I just did a tally of my complete transaction history as seen on my account page and subtracted that amount from the VRPs put in. According to that I should have 832 VRPs left instead of the 652 VRPs that mysteriously vanished into thin air?

I just bought porsche pack ...............899vrp
12 Mc Laren 720S GT3 Liveries @ 29 Vrp each................348vrp
This totals 1247 vrp
I have been deducted 1976 vrp from my account. (729 vrp more than should be)

Just to update with more detail.........
I had either 399 or 499 vrp existing balance-cant definitely recall which. I purchased 2000 vrp and added to my account. I purchased Porsche pack and 12 McLaren 720S liveries. My balance is now 423 vrp (should be 1152 or 1252 by my reckoning).
My purchase history, however, only shows a transaction for porsche pack on 22nd July, a transaction for one skin on 22nd July, and a transaction for one skin on 25th July.
Hope this can be sorted soon.

the problem is i bought a a livery for the brand new cup porsche,the amount of vrp has been counted down,and there was en error which said server error or something like that,and i did not get the livery,and after this 1 hour later i tried to purchase the brand new 992 GT3 R,and the problem was the same
you can see on the screenshot that i bought the vrp from steam
and the second screenshot shows that i dont have the amount of vrp in my wallet
the server somehow did not count the transaction or i dont know,and i did not get the car and the 2 livery i bought

Checking the VRP balance I found it at zero, but until the day before yesterday I had a balance..... I checked the purchases made and the VRPs purchased..... I should still have a balance of over 100 VRP...
what can I do?

Had 750VRP on my account, bought 500 extra VRP from raceroomstore, added them to my account and bought the porsche pack 2023 for 899VRP, i got the pack but lost all my extra VRP.

Like others, I seem to have been charged twice for the Porsche pack

 

I lost 899vrp.
On July 21st, I purchased and redeemed 10,000vrp. I only bought the porsche pack (899vrp) and a livery of McLaren 720S GT3 (29vrp). But now I only have 8173vrp left. I have lost another 899vrp, and 29vrp has not been recorded.

I bought the Porsche Pack at 20.07.23. VRP at time from buying above 2000, maybe 23??. Now after buying 260 VRP.
Please restore and refund the difference.
