I sent a ticket in to the Helpdesk over a week ago with a log file pertaining to the 503 error I constantly get when trying to play the game. So I haven't been able to play the game in over 2 weeks and I get no help in resolving the issue. How long has it taken for others to get help?
Ditto, just wiped RRE off and attempting a fresh install if that fails then I'm all out of ideas, maybe nice to know if the Devs are on it, several threads complaining of the same problems, can we at least know if continuing to try to resolve our end is worth it or not?
503 is a server side error probably cause their are too many people on im not a game dev but this is one of the most common http errors.
