Finally got it solved. I had uninstalled FreeTrack along with TrackIR, but for some reason FreeTrack hadn't properly uninstalled. Sorted now....
I still got the error after uninstalling the NaturalPoint client. Here's a more recent dump.

Thanks for your reply. I've tried uninstalling every program / ended all processes that could interfere. Unfortunately I'm still getting the error.
I get a 0xeedfade error everytime I try to launch the game. I've tried reinstalling and verifying game cache to no avail.
