Probably best to use English in these forums to get a response quicker You could try just delete the file -> graphics_options.xml which is in the following directory c:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\ Then reload the game and try setting your resolution from the settings again.
I tryed to use a Displayport calbe for gaming, but each game doesn´t want to work @ 1080p only 1440p. I switched the cable and now it works.
Little bump here.. I have to buy me a new tv for gaming since i can no longer race or watch tv in the same room. Been reading a bit and i see 4k will be tougher for my pc than with my current tv which isn't 4k, correct? So my plan is to buy a 40inch 4k screen (something like this https://www.mediamarkt.be/nl/product/_tv-samsung-ue40ku6000wxxn-40-edge-led-smart-4k-1563299.html ) and was wondering if i should be ok with my specs (see spoiler below)? Greetings Jona
I bought the 43" version a few weeks ago. Mostly to be used for racing. Its a pretty nice screen considering its 4K and the price. The viewing angle is a bit lower then more expensive screens and when very close < 30cm you can noticed this. Other then that its a great screen, 4K, game mode, so decent input delay compared to other brands. I run at 1080p and looks good, 4K is to taxing for my GTX760.
Got me the 40inch today and wow, i'm quite surprised by the difference. In a positive way that being said But fps sure did drop significantly.. Just had a MP-race on RedbullRing with about 20 starters and i had 60fps all the race whereas before i think it would've been around 95.. But it looks brilliant.. Even more alive than Raceroom already was. I do think i'll have to play with fov a bit..
