Again today! S3, I love this sim but those recurrent server problems are really getting in the way of enjoying it. Is there a plan to properly address those problems and offer at least an offline solution when this happens? Is that a piracy concern that we have to pass through the server for any action? Can something be worked out? I saw in the last update that some effort was put into this, and I thank you for it, but unfortunately it's not working. On the 31st, after all this waiting and teasing, we could barely log in, and today it's simply impossible again. As I said, I love this sim and it's getting greater on every release, but I really have to ponder whether to continue buying cars and tracks if they're not accessible on the rare occasion I have some quality time to take them for a spin.
503 here... and i just bought nordschleife... pls let me race for 1 hour at least... as i have so little free time today...
since new the update I can play more in multi, because the game crash landing has each race at the beginning and after error 503
I'm usually a relaxed man, but today even I have to let some steam out on this issue. It's 2016 for crying out loud, this is a totally unnecessary issue which is about to ruin my Sunday evening.
I admit I was a little frustrated when I wrote that, it's of course worth the occasional trouble but I'd love to see whether it could be avoided one way or another. In a positive way, it's a measure of its success And yes, maybe there is an improvement... unfortunately I didn't have the time to try again and assess that (from what I read above, it's not a joy for everyone though). But if that's still frustrating for enough people, it probably deserves some attention so this sim remains a raceroom experience, not a rageroom experience Especially if multiplayer is pushed forward, which will stress the server(s) even further.
I made it in after a while, my blood pressure is now stabilised. I think perhaps I have developed a driving problem. It's like an addiction. I get very upset when I can't get my driving fix.
