Since... well, always, the steam overlay doesn't work, when I start the game in 64-bit mode. Thus, if I want to purchase content, I always need to start the 32-bit version.

Well at least that gives them a lead of where to look. I haven't been able to buy anything in-game for about 6 months and just go direct to Sector3 website via google to buy stuff.

Have you got anything else running that could be conflicting with it? Fraps for example is known to cause issues like this.

Also what windows etc are you on? I can confirm that on win 10 pro with everything up to date steam overlay is working on 64 bit.

You should try setting steam to run as administrator too, I find that rubbing as admin can fix a lot of small issues. I think this is a steam problem rather than a Raceroom problem (even if it works ok in other games)

Overlays that come with apps such as MSI Afterburner could be interfering. Do you have a GPU monitor running at the same time?

It didn't work with both Win10Pro and Win10Edu. I'll try your recommendations. Thank you.

Indeed, MSI Afterburner (+Riva Tuner) is causing the problem. This should be fixed...
    Thank you guys.
