Problem Account email issues

    I have a problem with my account. It is linked with steam but into profile there is written a wrong email, i don't know why, and i can't change it because "email is already taken". Into my real account i had 500 vrp now in this new account there's no vrp. How can i change email and recover my account?

    Unfortunately the helpdesk is down at present. You will probably need to wait until after the weekend before it is working again.

    I have the same problem. My acount is linked with steam, into profile there is no email and when i try to put my email i get the massage " email is already taken". The link above dosent work yet...

    This probably happened because you used to have to register an extra account for R3E before the guys switched to using present steam accounts for verification, so there might be some leftover data from your old account.
    If you ask nicely at the helpdesk and provide the mail address you want to use, they can probably transfer your data from your old account to the new one :)

    I send an email 2 days ago still no answer the rpoblem remains....

    Yes, with the helpdesk issues from last weeks, we're a bit behind with answering tickets.

    But you should expect an answer soon.

    Ok. Thank you very much!!!! Please have in mind that i send a second email, but after i saw the answer to first one i pushed the " resolved " so you dont pay any attention. The problem with my email adress remains. Thank you again!!!!!

    I contacted the support and they said to sent a ticket, but.........
    i sent a ticket one month ago but still no answer me.
    I would to buy premium pack but with my first account.
    I never change my steam account. It is the same from many years.

    Your old account is no longer available if you didn't log in during the period we moved to Steam authentication.

    But my old account still exists. Because i can still find it if i search it. I did my first account when raceroom was launched In steam. And i never change my steam account.

    Vorrei fare i complimenti al supporto di raceroom per la sua inutilità e che dopo più di un mese dall'apertura del ticket non hanno ancora risposto. Ho perso un account senza alcun motivo e non c'è modo di recuperarlo. Professionalità imbarazzante.

    It's not deleted, it's just not connected to your Steam account. Because you didn't log in when we changed account management it is lost.
