Problem Account problem -- email problem

    So, after a long time i decided to play the game and i got asked to complete my registration:
    I filled up all of the fields, and my email was marked as "already in use".
    So i closed the game and thinking that was the problem, i re-checked the emails, and activated the account, and it said "account activated".
    Now, the same thing happened again. Made another account and i keep getting the same "email already in use". How do i solve that?

    You shouldn't be able to make new accounts anymore... The game is linked to your Steam account since 2016.

    Thats the weird thing. I have my steam account linked and everything, so i dont get it why it asked me to insert data again?
    I was already registered, it should have made me log-in, not make me do another account.

    Same steam account, i didnt even uninstall the game, i always had it in my library, just not being updated.
    I think i did play it before 2016 and maybe also after 2016, im not really sure about it...
    What im sure about, is that i could have only played it there, since i own only this account. (Not even on family share or things like that)

    I wouldn't recommend that anymore, looks like the support team no longer exists or simply forgets to do their job.

    Ouch.. i'll still try and send them a ticket.. still hope they will give me an answer.
    Im pretty disappointed because i dont know if it's something that i did that caused this problem, or was a problem on their part.
    I wanted to play in competitions and become a better driver, since the updates made this game way better.

    Back when RR made the jump to Steam fully, we had to make sure we had logged in via Steam before the swap else the scenario you now have will occur. Create a ticket explaining and someone will do what needs doing from their end. well at least that's what has happened in the past. While you're at it, tell 'em I still haven't got my yellow Quatro.

    I sent a ticket, but they havent replied yet.. I guess your yellow quattro will be gone like my account

    Some of us opened tickets with WTCR purchase issues more than a month ago. No reply yet.

    Still no replies from the support team. Usually support dies on dead games, considering the game was given a new life i thought support would have been pretty much super-alive right now. Hmm
