I am unable to access advanced stats in my online profile in the portal. I am getting a 500 error. Is this feature currently working, or is the problem on my side?
Basic stats (including race stats) are back for me, but still #500 for Advanced. Probably they will solve it tomorrow.
Hi guys sorry for the late response. Been a busy morning with meetings etc. We're looking into this issue along with various connection related issues people started experiencing since the weekend.
Detail page seems to be back working.... At least I am not getting errors any longer. But the data seems to be gone... whatever filter I choose the system does not return any statistics. Overview page does still show number of laps, hours and kilometers I had ingame. But its not longer counting.... Had a 2 hours NOS race today, but none of the values changed. Anyways.... I looooove this sim
We turned some things off so you guys won't receive errors but you also won't see certain things. The problem is unfortunately still there, and we're still investigating.
