Quick question When I make setup changes in my car, what happens with the AI? Does it run with the base setup or every car on the grid mimics the changes I made? thnks
I'm quite sure your own setup doesn't affect AI, never heard about that, but maybe someone else can confirm or disprove that.
Since the AI uses a simplified physics model I'm sure, too that they are not affected by changes made to the player's car. I know for sure that fast bump damping for example is a thing AI cars don't even feature. You can sometimes witness their different behaviour over curbs compared to your own car due to this. Simple test: set a ridiculous short final drive for your car in the setup and you'll see that AI drivers are still able to go same pace as before. Oli
