In case you opened a ticket the support will come back to you. But it's easter holidays now so don't expect them to answer until at least tuesday.

Are you sure you bought all the content in gtr3 and not adac 2014? would be worth checking what series because some of those cars are available twice, once in adac and once in gtr3
