I would love those TCR cars at some point, though I doubt WTCC would be too happy with it.

Nice looking car, but in my opinion we have enough modern racecars. I think it would be great if we have more vintage cars from the late 1960s and early 1970s. In those days there was a lot of great open-wheel cars and touring cars / stock cars, especially in the USA.

Maybe to get a bit more variation. Audi RS3 LMS, VW Golf TCR and Seat Leon TCR are basically the same car and but the others are hatchbacks...

What does the big mother company VW get out of Audi's entry?

I thought TCR was a nice podium to present their main lines of VW and SEAT as racing cars, while Audi takes on the big classes.

But now, when Audi wins, it diminishes the other brands, but when Audi doesn't win, it will cost prestige for the Audi brand?

Would be nice if we could get TCR license down the line, like ADAC TCR official series.

I think TCR is a crucial series for a racing game as this series has the potential to be the next GT3 level of popularity.

Problem is, that TCR is direct competitor to WTCC. On the other hand S3S or rather RaceRoom Entertainment/KW Suspensions has pretty close relationship with ADAC.

i like the fact that we dont guess cars in raceroom too much , as it would be a nightmare getting CAD plans and telemetry and a drivers opinion and sound from these beasts .;; Raceroom gives us cars and also gives the most accurate representation of that car they can .... maybe not at 100% always but pretty damn close in recent cars

I love the TCR series. It's a "young" series, isn't it?!...I think they are just in the beginning of building up popularity and a solid fan base. So I think that it would possibly "easier" and "less expencive" to get a license for it, as it would be a win-win kind of agreement. The TCR would get it's "own game" and could gain more popularity, could make some marketing stuff with it and R3E would have another exclusive series to feature and probably would get more attention and people to buy it... wrong thoughts?...

I can understand you, but I absolutely disagree with you guys (5x disliker / kids). Currently there are almost seven times the same PC racing sim on the market: RaceRoom, iRacing, rFactor, Project Cars, Assetto Corsa, Automobilista and Simraceway. In every f**king sim / game you can find tons of modern sports cars and racing cars but no one has great vintage / classic racing cars. The best example for this is the BMW Z4 GT3 car. 1x car in 7x sims! That’s just boring and unimaginative! Where are the unique selling points??? In 2005, SimBin did a great job with "GT Legends". So, what’s the problem with a new edition of "GT Legend" cars in RaceRoom? There is no problem. No modeling dates? No sound files? No telemetry dates? Solution: Visit some classic races with the camera, recorder and search for some racing driver / team partnerships. Problem solved.

I don't say this to try to single you out in particular, but for every person that wants unique content there are 20 who have already purchased GT3 cars for the 7th time, or Spa for the 10th time. For a small studio in particular, what sells has to come first as that keeps the doors open until there is enough breathing room to warrant taking some risks on more fringe content.

I have to agree with Patrick, been sim racing for many years, and for me it's becoming so repetitive, it's like developers can't broaden the horizon, I don't feel it's to bad with cars, but could be better, the main problem with cars is we have the younger races coming up and all they seem to know is F1 & GT cars, but with tracks it's so bad, if some new sim comes along you can name most of the tracks they will make before they announce them.

Kinda agree, but those are the classics many people ask for. A sim without Spa or Nords will gather critizism for not having them.
Regarding RR, I think the mix ain't that obvious, not many people would have predicted Chang or Shanghai or Salzburgring f.e.

Cool cars from any era are always welcome. I think the voting for Automobilista showed there is solid interest in a wide variety of cars from paying customers. The 92 DTM cars are some of my favourites in this game.

I like driving the old Lotus f1 car in other games but when they have only one car in the class it is not the best - I guess to make an old series means a whole lot of models, licenses and development that then won't be reused although I can't understand why no one has done either classic or current Trans Am.

Dare I say classic Trans Am would be BOSS?
