Morning! Can't buy TT Cup pack, no option in the shop, can buy individual cars but no pack.

Had a quick look last night, qualified but at end of session screen froze yet could still hear the race start and could still put invisible car in gear and drive off with the rest, eventually screen went blank and had to restart PC to get out of Sim.
Would have supplied a crash dump file but the cupboard is bare, no files in folder at all?

    Morning,

When freezes and crashes happen and the game doesn't manage to create a dump, you can sometimes find some interesting info in the Windows Event Viewer instead.

    To do this:

    · Open the Windows Start menu
    · Search for Event viewer and open it
    · In the window that appears you'll see several lists. Look at the one on the far left.
    · Click the folder called "Windows logs" and in the list inside of the folder, select "Application".

This will bring up a list of events in the center part of the window. Look for any event labeled "Error" and check the time stamp so it matches your start-up attempt.

Select the error event and take a screenshot of, or copy, the text that appears below in the section named "General". The specific lines we are looking for are called “Faulting module name”, “Exception code” and "Fault offset" this could point us toward what caused the issue.

Then please send us the image or text so we can investigate it further.

Have taken a look at Event viewer and at the time of the freeze there are no errors at all, no warnings, nothing. Have 2 events at the time of freeze but both just ssd dashboard service which is the norm.
This wasn't a startup attempt, this was a freeze at end of quali session, just to clarify.
