Yes yes.
I uploaded it in the bug tracker.
It's strange because we have similar specs and I don't have problems at all. (okay I have the i5-6600K & GTX970 and less HDD space).
But same motherboards, amount of RAM etc.

I resolved this issue by updating my nvidia drivers to version 388.31. Obviously I don`t know if this works with AMD cards.

 

my drivers is the last 390.65 whql and it's the same problem with this 388.31
The problem is the hotfix not the video drivers

I'm just wondering that @Karting06 doesn't have that problem but nearly the same system-specs... Have you verified steam-cache already?

I have also the 388.13 driver.
But, the last windows update failed for me (KB4056892).
