Click the link below to come join your fellow drivers The AUS/NZ Racing community are recreating the experience of the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) season of 2013. AUS/NZ Racing community will be hosting their second major event for 2018, and all Raceroom Racing Experience (R3E) drivers are welcome, conditions do apply. We will be visiting ten tracks over a five month period. Each race meeting will consist of a qualifying session, then two thirty minute races. Second race will be a full reverse grid from the results of the first race. This will certainly make for interesting racing and great race spectating. We will be using the WTCC 2013 season cars. The setup will be fixed to keep the balance equal. So, do you have the need, the need for speed and close racing? If that is a Yes, then head on over to our Discord channel and make yourself known to the Admins. The Admins will provide you with the details about the championship and what is required to be able to participate in this great event.
Aus-NZ Racing ( Australia - New Zealand)continues to steadily grow and this wtcc series is a blast! We've seen major improvement from our newer guys (either that or I'm getting slower) and the racing has been "mostly" of a high standard - well done to all involved! We still welcome new drivers to the group - ideally from aus-nz, but worldwide drivers are welcomed also. We don't care too much about your experience, as AUS -NZ is about expanding Raceroom down under and nurturing fellow racers all while having a little fun! So you Kiwi's and Kangaroo's jump on in... LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE With 10,000 VRP on offer and a chance to be the 2019 AUSNZ champion / per division, Drivers will be separated into 3 div's . An 80 percent attendance is required to be eligible. The champions league will be run throughout the year in 2019 Run on a Saturday AEDT at 7pm / 9pm NewZealand over 6 weekends. Each round will comprise of 1x 60 min race. Setups will again be fixed, there will be no practice session. There will be a 20 minute qualify session. This will give a total time of 80 minutes. Who’s up for the challenge this week? 18 NOVEMBER 2018 – SDEMONNZ This Tuesday Aus-NZ Racing hosts another of our ever popular Tuesday Thunder events, and this week its sure to test out our “Heroes of the Virtual Tarmac” We take three somewhat over-hormoned classic powerhouses in the form of the GTO Classics and pit our racers skills around the iconic circuit known for one particular feature – “The Corkscrew” Yes! we are heading off to Laguna Seca for a bout of wheelspins, missed corners and general shenanigans! and of course we will throw in our now famous pace car – just to throw a spanner in the works and cause even more chaos! So – who will take up the challenge? Who will spear off into the desert like sand traps?, and who will master “The Corkscrew” to become our Tuesday Thunder Champion? AUS/NZ RACING is a small and dedicated group of Sim-racers who are keen to see Sector3’s Raceroom Racing Experience expand in Australia and New Zealand.
