Problem Bought RR2 singles seater Xmas Eve but unable to access.

    Still no reply to my support ticket since Xmas eve. Any ideas what's going on as it's now nearly a fortnight since the support request was submitted? I suppose its now a case of you catching up with the Xmas backlog but I would like this sorted so I can get my grubby mitts on the new content?

    - Create a helpdesk ticket at http://support.raceroomracingexperience.com/index.php/ (create another one)
    - Make sure to provide the following details:
    --- R3E account login email
    --- Screenshot of the Steam transaction history

    Then we'll make sure to fix this for you.
    I took care of the helpdesk tickets that were already present there.
