@Patvader Sorry to hear your purchase didn't get processed correctly. If the content still hasn't been unlocked in your profile, could you please check if the 7499 vRP ended up in your Raceroom account wallet? (Go to 'Portal', in the upper right you can see your current balance). Atm the team is busy looking for a global fix for the issues caused by the server outage, instead of solving each individually. So what are we saying here? as it's really slow at sending codes this month, and we have new content coming very very soon should we wait till you guys have a fix, or should the new content not happen till you have fix?
Sending codes is slow? for vRP? I got mine in a second... In addition... the problem the @Christian Göpfert describes effects only those who bought anything the day befor the server-outage...
Yeah, this particular issue only affects purchases made over the weekend, when some server decided to move to Hades. At the moment everything should operate normally.
Hm, thanks for reporting back. Like said above, the devs are trying to resolve this without going through every single purchase. I'll keep poking them and let you know once I know more, or in case they need more info.
Update: The devs have been able to recover a first chunk of the data that got corrupted. @Patvader has anything changed on your end now?
